SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 12, 2011

The Special Town Board Meeting was called to order at 8:24 p.m. by Chairman Barry VandeBrink. Present were: Chairman Barry VandeBrink, Supervisor Dan Johnson, Supervisor Gary Page and Clerk Cindy Beier.
The newly revised Plan Commission ordinance was discussed. A motion by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Page to pass the attached Plan Commission Ordinance into its current zoning ordinances, as new Chapter 4.15, effective upon publication as provided under Wisconsin Statutes Section 60.80, passed on a roll call vote as follows: VandeBrink – yes, Johnson – yes, Page – yes.
A recommendation from the Plan Commission to the Town Board concerning Martensen and Eisele moving forward with the Farmland Preservation Ordinance was discussed. A motion by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Page to allow Martensen and Eisele to move forward with the Farmland Preservation Ordinance, passed.
A motion to adjourn was made by Chairman VandeBrink, seconded by Supervisor Page, carried.
Special meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
